About Our Products
How are Cloud Haven products made?
Our 24K gold and rhodium plated jewelry is intricately designed in Dallas. Our beaded jewelry is made entirely by hand also in Dallas. Each beaded piece is made to order with hand-sorted beads, closed up, and safely packed in our signature Cloud Haven jewelry box. All of our clothing products are designed and produced in the USA.
What materials are used in the jewelry?
We source our high-quality materials from all over the world. Materials used in our jewelry are as follows: 24k gold plated brass, rhodium plated brass, 14k gold plated and filled beads and toggles, sterling silver, freshwater pearls, faux pearls, enamel, Swarovski crystals, Cubic Zirconia, various gemstones, and hand-made ceramic beads. Each piece is finished with our signature Cloud Haven paw print tag. Please refer to individual item pages and descriptions for components specific to a certain piece.
What materials are used in the clothing?
Our clothing is created from high quality fabrics and include materials as follows: organic cotton, tencel lyocell, tencel modal, rayon from bamboo, polyester, spandex, and hemp viscose. Please refer to individual item pages and descriptions for components specific to a certain piece.
Can I customize or personalize jewelry items?
We offer custom necklace and bracelet options! With this option, you can create any style you want. You pick your favorite beads, colors, and materials, and we make your vision come to life. To get started on a custom piece, send us an email at info@thecloudhaven.com.
How do I clean and care for my Cloud Haven jewelry?
Our jewelry is delicate and we recommend always handling your products with care. Here are some tips to keep your jewelry looking beautiful for as long as possible.
Be sure to store your jewelry properly when not in use, either in its original box or a dust-free area. Avoid contact with sunscreen, lotion, perfume, and other household or harsh chemicals. We recommend putting on beauty products before your jewelry to reduce contact. Our jewelry is water and tarnish resistant, however we recommend you remove your jewelry before showering, bathing, or swimming to keep it looking new for as long as possible.
To clean, use the jewelry polishing cloth (included with your order) and wipe affected areas gently. Avoid using water or other liquids to clean, as many of the gemstones and pearls are porous and this could create tarnishing or discoloration.
Are the materials used in the jewelry sustainable?
The materials we select come from places that share our values—conflict-free and ethically sourced.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, gift cards, ShopPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay.
How long does it take to process and ship orders?
We're dedicated to preparing your order with care. For those moments when you just can't wait, selecting express or overnight shipping by 12 p.m. CST will ensure your order is dispatched the same day. If ordered after the cutoff, it'll be shipped the following business day.
What are the shipping options and costs?
We offer UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx. Within those carriers, we offer economy, express, and standard. We also offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders.
Do you offer international shipping?
Absolutely! We offer international shipping through DHL.
How can I track my order?
When you order with us, we will provide you with a tracking number for your order. We also provide an order-tracking feature on our website. If you have any questions about your order, please reach out to us at support@thecloudhaven.com.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Cloud Haven provides free domestic return shipping for eligible items. We also accept international returns. For more information, please read below.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To initiate a return, contact us at support@thecloudhaven.com, and we will email you a pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label. Upon receiving and inspection of the returned item, a full refund will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear.
What is the timeline for processing refunds?
As soon as Cloud Haven receives and inspects the returned item, the return will be processed. Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to be deposited back into the original account that was used to make the purchase.
Are there any conditions for returning or exchanging products?
All eligible, unworn, unused items, must be sent back to Cloud Haven within 21 days of receiving the product, in original packaging, for a full refund to your original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear.
What is Cloud Haven’s warranty for jewelry products?
Cloud Haven offers a one-year warranty for jewelry that covers manufacturing defects or broken items. To file a claim, please contact our customer service email at support@thecloudhaven.com. Please provide details and photos of the damages attached with your email. Some items, including final sale products, lost items, and items that were not cared for properly are excluded from the warranty. Please contact us immediately regarding any concerns and we are more than happy to help!

How does Cloud Haven support rescue organizations?
Cloud Haven works with volunteers, networkers, and rescue organizations every day to save lives and portions of every sale are donated to help fund the rescue of euth listed shelter dogs. Additionally, through our sponsorship with Stand Up for Pits we donated more than $50,000 in 2024 to extend our impact towards rescue efforts, abuse rehabilitation, combating breed stereotypes, and more. You help save lives though pledges, what does that mean?
Pledges are monetary commitments attached to a specific euth listed dog, intended for rescue organizations, to provide funding if a dog is pulled to safety. You will see us in the field “pledging” on euth listed dogs across the country. This is effective because dogs have very little time (24-48 hours) to be rescued after they are euth listed.
I’m a rescue organization, how do I get a rescued dog’s pledge fulfilled?
Please dm or email support@thecloudhaven.com the original post, your rescue information including Venmo or PayPal, and the dog’s freedom photos. Due to the urgency of the situation, once this information is recieved, pledges are fulfilled within 48 hours.
How much has Cloud Haven donated?
Cloud Haven has donated more than $275,000 to date, impacting countless lives through pledges and sponsorships ranging from $200-$5,000. You can also learn more on the @lovecloudhaven Instagram page.
Are adopters eligible for pledges or funding?
No, pledges are for 5013c rescue organizations only, as they need funding to provide for the rescued dog, and also to continue saving lives. If a dog is adopted, our pledge is then transferred to another euth listed animal. Adopters should “adopt responsibly” and be prepared to cover costs associated with a rescue dog. Rescue organizations need funding to save lives. This ultimately helps the most dogs.
Are there any partnerships or collaborations with like-minded organizations?
We were an official sponsor of the Stand Up for Pits Foundation donating $50,000+ in 2024 to support their efforts: SUFP Hope Campaign, combating breed stereotypes, frontline rescue, spay and neuter, abuse rehabilitation, and more. For more information, you can visit https://standupforpits.us.
